Teaser Tuesdays

teasertuesdays31 Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
My Teasers:
By late summer 1974, there had been no movement on my case. No body. No killer. Nothing.
The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold

This is really gripping so far!

I will be interested in your review of this book. I have not read it. It was a recommended book for our book club and was then replaced after some of the ladies started reading it.

Bone chilling I'm sure :0

I've heard mixed reviews of this one, especially the ending. I read it a long time ago and can hardly remember what happens. Looking forward to your review.
