Covers are important. I think I read somewhere that something like 75% of people make decisions on which books to buy based on covers. That puts a lot of pressure on people to make sure their covers do a good job of capturing attention and reflecting what the book is about.

The cover got me to pre-order it. But I really think judging a book by it's cover is bad. I did judge Hush Hush by its cover and in my opinion, got a better cover than story...:S
