Cats are awesome! They even save lives! I just ran into an article on Buzzfeed that gathered a few stories of just that...cats saving lives. More reasons to hug them and like the article says even though they don't want us to. Ha!

Cleo helped alert save her owner when he was having a heart attack but alerting her other owner.
Smudge saved his brother from bullies by jumping on them and hissing and scaring them away!
Oreo saved his brother from a rattlesnake! Go Oreo!
Gizmo alerted his owner to fire in the house! Good kitty.
This pretty baby also saved everyone from a fire, biting her owner on the arm. Everyone got out including her other sibling cat.
