Neither were particularly horrifying but they were both great and are each a part of a great series. Zombies and Peculiars.
It was a tough month so I was happy I got these two in. I'm almost done with another young adult horror but didn't quite get it finished in time.
Sorry for stopping by so late. A lot going on in the past two weeks. Hey, it seems like we have all this time, but the motivation to read and write are just not there like they should be. ReplyDeleteNo problem. I haven't been writing or looking up much of anything the last couple of weeks. WE did indeed get sick, especially the kiddo and I'm still fighting a sinus infection and the blues this week. I'm hoping to get things up and running again this weekend! fingers crossed. I hope you and everyone is feeling better and staying healthy! Looking forward to sci-fi in June. I'll probably read through the third Expanse book and maybe start one of Octavia Butler's series.
DeleteI feel you on the blues. So glad I was able to start meeting with my therapist on Zoom. It has been a tremendous help. I hope you get over yours soon..and the sinus infection. I'm having that issue too and I'm incredibly dizzy. I almost fell twice yesterday from losing my balance. If it doesn't improve, going to have to call my doctor. Ugh.

Yes the Expanse if based on the books by a team James S.A. Correy. There are 9! plus novellas. Leviathan Wakes is the first one. THey're great but long. I'm working on the third right now.
